18 weeks: Baby is the length of a bell pepper
Your baby is as big as a bell pepper and weighs almost 7 ounces. (Length: 5 1/2 inches, head to bottom.)

38 weeks: The baby is the size of a pumpkin. Baby is about 18.9 to 20.9 inches long and weighs about 6.2 to 9.2 pounds. His head is now about the same circumference as his abdomen.

Which website are u guys getting a comparison of ur baby and a quarter? I have 3 apps on my iphone and neither of them have a quarter next to it lol
