OH NO!!! I just drank a grande starbucks latte before i realized i forgot to ask for Decaf!! I havent had any caffeine at all this whole pregnancy except for chocolate, which is minimal. After I drank it, I felt the baby moving like crazy. Now i feel so guilty. Please tell me i'm overreacting!! Is she OK? Should I be worried??

You're allowed to drink caffeine... just not too much of it. My OB recommends no more than 2 cups of coffee/soda/tea a day. I barely drink any, maybe a little bit every other day. Since you haven't had any this pregnancy, you're totally fine!

You're FINE! And so is your baby. Just don't make it a daily habit and it's not a problem.
And, I see you're in the 3rd tri anyway. Caffeine is most dangerous during the 1st tri when you're at an increased chance of a m/c. You really have nothing to worry about!

My OB told me to have a cup of caffeine every day.
Dr's orders.
It's fine.

My Dr said 200-300 mg a day is fine. A latte has espresso, which as far as I have always been told, the more a coffee is roasted the less caffine it had. Plus there's only 2 or 3 shots in the whole cup so you are drinking mostly milk anyway.

You're fine, my doctor actually recommends regular over decaf because decaf is processed with chemicals. plus your allowed 200mg a day

Totally fine!!! Baby just wasn't use to it so your LO got a little energy boost!! Caffeine is mostly an issue in the 1st tri, no need to worry!

One cup of coffee per day is fine according to most OB's unless you have issues.

I drank a coffee everyday from the beginning of my pregnancy, it actually helped settle my nausea! My dd is 3 months, and she's a very laid back easy going baby! No harm done!

naaaaa.......its ok. I have one every morning. As long as its only one...not three or five a day, its fine. Everything in moderation.

You are fine! You can drink 2 cups if you want which equals what you drank. Since you havent had any I would say I hope you enjoyed it!

Don't worry, some caffeine is totally fine. I have tea with caffeine every morning if it makes you feel better.

I have a least one cup of something caffeinated a day. I had a mocha the other day from Starbucks and the baby was dancing!!!
