swollen fingers
my fingers are uncomfortable swollen today (not just wearing my ring, but typing and moving my fingers is annoying)...is there anything i can do for them?
im already on my 6th glass of water but that does not seem to be helping.

mine have been like this (some days better than others) for a long time.
It feels stiff and sore.
Sorry, no advice, other then that it happened to me too.

Definitely avoid as much salt as possible. I had to give up soup because it made my fingers swell instantly!
