I have a very similar dress and paired it with this cardigan from Coldwater Creek. LINK
I have worn it with pearls or a multi strand silver necklace. I wore black shoes with a slight heel.

Help me accesories this dress
I would do a red cropped cardi and long dangly gold earrings. I wouldn't do a necklace since the neckline is kind of high up
