How do I solve this problem?
I have nobody to babysit my 2 kids while I give birth. I used to rely on my in MIL & FIL in these circumstances but lets just say thats not an option anymore ( they have become a serious endangerment to my children) . I have family in Brooklyn but I am not on good terms with them and my sister is hmmm ..." aggressive" with children so to speak ( knowing from being raised by her) so I dont think I would chance leaving my children with her. I dont have any friends that live in the state so thats not an option either. I dont think I would feel comfortable hiring a stranger to babysit my kids (and what if I need to go to the hospital at like 3am?) So I am really in a pickle....Im scared I might have to give birth alone because my husband will have to stay behind with the kids, and this will be an VBA2C so it a lil more on the unpredictable side. Luckly Im not due until the begining on April but I dont think the circumstances are going to change much.

If friends and family are out do your children have any friends with parents you are close with that wouldn't mind watching them until their new sibling is born?
But if there really is no one to watch them and you think your husband might have to stay behind with them why not look into hiring a doula to be there with you. I am sure this is not ideal but it would be better than going through it alone.

Re: How do I solve this problem?
are your kids currently in daycare? if so, have you set up some play dates with other families? maybe you can get close with one or two of the mommies and ask for a favor when the time comes. or start looking for a babysitter now...use them once a week or so (even if its just for an hour while you run errands)...make sure you like them and they get along well with your kids...then when the time comes call on them.

I agree with the above poster, start looking for a sitter now and use them once a week or once every 2 weeks so your children become familiar with them and vice versa. Let them know that it might entail them watching your kids while your in labor in the future and take it from there.
Good Luck.

Do you have the money to fly a good friend in? Or someone else? If not I think several of the above are good ideas.
