I'm 2 months post partum. My period has returned. Does that necessarily mean I'm ovulating?

More than likely yes you could ovulate. You can even ovulate before your period returns during the postpartum period. If you are exclusively breastfeeding it may suppress it but no guarantee.

No I'm FF and it's been two weeks since my last period. So there's a chance i could get pg!

They say that you are very fertile right after giving birth.

Yes there is a chance and there was a chance before the first period since you probably ovulated approx 2 weeks before that period.
