JHS girls!?!
Well just had JHS done yesterday and I'm loving it!!!! Best thing I ever did for myself. It's so silky smooth and straight!!!
My question is do you have to use special shampoo? Sulfate free? Or is that only Keratin? I'm so confused. What shampoo do you use? I think I need something for dry hair. My hair has always been on the dry side and I tend to get breakage especially when I flat ironed. So whats the best to use to keep it healthy? Do you deep condition as well?
Help!!!!

JHS girls!?!
I believe for JHS you don't need a special shampoo. That's only for Keratin.

I only wash my hair once a week and jut use a conditioner and shampoo for dry or color treated hair.

i wash my hair every day and use regular pantene shampoo and conditioner. jhs is the best thing ever. I find i don't need anything else to keep it healhy, since i no longer have to blowdry or flat iron.
