If you use Zofran
So after a week plus of suffering with 24/7 m/s so bad that my throat and stomach muscles hurt from all the upchucking I will be picking up a perscription today for Zofran. The dose is for 4 pills a day but I've read on here that some of you started out taking 3 pills and went down to one pill at night. How long did you take it 3 times a day before you could wean yourself to one pill a night?

I never took it three times a day because I found I didn't need it. I took it once during the day and it made me very drowsy but took the nausea edge off. I then switched tot aking one pill at night and have been ever since. Feel better!

I only took it once a day and it gave me very bad constipation so sometimes I would have to deal with the ms and not take it for a few days in order to go to the bathroom ... I couldnt win.

I only took it as needed. I tried to suffer and only took it when I needed to get on the train for work and wouldnt have been able to make it without it.

I never took what it told me to. In the begining i took one in the morning and one at night since my MS was that bad. Now I only take one at night before bed and it works like a charm.

I just took it in the AM. The constipation was horrible, I cannot imagine 4 x a day. For me..after my morning dose, I was able to manage the rest of the day, but I know everyone is different...

Miracle pill. I only take it when needed maybe once everyother day. G/L hope you feel better soon.
