Knee / Hip pain
I had sciatica with my first DS but I don't remember it coming on until much later. Maybe I am feeling it more now bc I am expecting twins, but I have to turn over and switch sides about 15 times a night because of soreness and pain in my knees and especially in my hips.. I sleep with a pillow between my knees but maybe it is time to get my huge U-shaped pillow down from the attic. Anyone else dealing with this? Any other remedies besides the pillow?

Knee / Hip pain
Stretches. I've been getting really bad hip pain since 15 weeks, dr said its either hip pain or ligament and when I do stretches it feels better. I was limping on Sat didnt even notice it till dh pointed it out and was in agony by sat night I just had dh rub my hip and butt cheek and then did stretches.

Re: Knee / Hip pain
yes, baby #2 for me and the insane knee pain began around 15-18 weeks. It got slightly better in the mid-20s. I am not 32+w and even my wrists hurt (but it isnt carpel tunnel)... this pregnancy has been much harder on me than my first!
(and baby is measuring smaller, i've gained less etc)

Re: Knee / Hip pain
YES! I've been dealing w/ this for the past few weeks. I toss back and forth all night cuz my legs hurts. I couldn't kneel cuz my knees hurt...even my wrists hurt so much too...to where I have been wearing a wrist guard. I have been looking for remedies or some type of relief too but haven't found anything. This little boy better come out an angel! This has been one tough pregnancy!!!
