Does anyone take a probiotic?
I've been on them for a while, waiting to hear back from my OB to see what she thinks about it, but from what I can read, they are safe and can actually be very beneficial. just wondering!

I take a acidophilis supplement and drink Kefir in the morning. I never asked about it because my GYN is who put me on it in the first place... I think it's beneficial!Article

I took acidophilus my entire pregnancy it's really beneficial this pregnancy I had no issues with constipation
