Stockings without a fireplace
Our new house doesn't have a fireplace yet (its in the works for when we do some renovations!)...where do you hang your Christmas stockings if you don't have a fireplace?

Stockings without a fireplace
I don't have a fireplace. I put my tree in my enclosed front sunroom. There is a opening into my living room (like a window). I usually tack them there.

I used to use a cute stocking holder from personal creations, but this year I cant because it only holds 5. So i just put them up on my stair railings, and it actually looks really cute!

we got these and put them on our console table in our living room
my mom used to hang them with garland from the stairs in our cape

We use those 3M removable hooks and just hang them on the wall.

I don't have stairs...we live in a ranch...
not that one...but if you click that link it comes up on the right hand side...its called the metal stocking holder with 3 holders (though I have 5 holders)
