The other day, I was wearing skinny ponte legging-ish pants (with a zipper and pockets, so they are technically pants :) and a dolman sweater and heels.
Convo between me and my DH:
DH: Those pants are really tight. You look like
Me: Kim Kardashian?
DH: Nope...
Me: Jennifer Lopez?
DH: Peg Bundy
Me: 
I was really thinking I looked sexy.

My DH said something about my yoga pants the other day while he was a little drunk. Something along the lines of "I like when you wear those pants, your ass looks great in them, but only in the house because you have major camel toe." Nothing like a backhanded compliment to make you feel good about yourself.

My DH looked at my metallic gray nails the other day and was like-- "I don't understand fashion. If something looks good, it always looked good. Gray nails are ugly and always were ugly, it's just that suddenly women convinced each other that it actually looks good"
Of course my DH is the guy that goes out and buys the EXACT same pair of shoes for work when the previous pair wears out. He's done this like 3 years in a row now. If Famous Footwear ever stops carrying it, the poor guy will be lost

Btw, hope you both are feeling better!!
They were wedges and my hair was straightened, lol, but close. I do LOVE big hair.
The best part was it was my birthday! If Rob had his way I would wear workout clothes and a ponytail, everywhere! He is notorious for lying about the kind of place we are going to get me to wear jeans and then I show up and all the ladies have on cocktail dresses!!
