TTC after mirena ?
My Dr. and I agreed Mirena would probably be the best birth control option. He told me that once I want to get PG again that he just needs to take it out. But I was told it can take awhile for your cycle to return, up to a year for fertility to return. It's a hormonal birth control option so I figure it makes sense if you need to regulate afterwards. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience.

It can take even longer for it to leave your system. If you plan on TTC in the next year or 2 I wouldn't recommend that option.

Re: TTC after mirena ?
I spoke with my dr and she said wait on full cycle and then begin to try. it is similar to BCP in that respect.
