goat cheese in a restaurant
so i went to a restaurant the other night and they have a chicken and goat cheese flat bread that i love. i was just going to order it figuring that the goat cheese was pasteurized, but then i get this pang of guilt so i ask first. the waitress came back and said no its not pasteurized. don't you think that's weird? that they are serving unpasteurized cheese?

Re: goat cheese in a restaurant
Better to be safe than sorry. I haven't had goat cheese, or any soft cheeses, since I found out I was pregnant.

Better safe than sorry. I have only eaten soft cheeses that I have seen the labels for.
