Re: Car seat help
may want to xpost this on parenting- we had the chicco keyfit and I loved it- very easy to install and easy to carry around- also had one of the best safety ratings

Re: Car seat help
We have the SnugRide 35 and its fine. I don't know that I would pick the 35 over the 30 though.

Definitely not the Peg Perego. It's $$$, heavy and the safety ratings are not as good as your other options. I had a Snugride which is good, good ratings fairly easy to install. I heard great things about the Chicco though and will be going that route next time.

Another vote for Chico Keyfit. While we have yet to install it, it got great reviews, especially for safety.

We went with the Sungride 35, it got great reviews in the Baby Bargains book. We are considering exchanging it for the 30 though just because of the weight.

As a tech?
Keyfit or Snugride. Also Cybex Aton.
The Peg is a PITA to install IMO, and it's expensive.
As a mom having owned both the Keyfit and snugride? I'd buy the Keyfit over and over again. Install is a breeze, using it is easy, fits small babies well.................

Re: Car seat help
We have the graco snugride 35 and I really wish we went with the 30 instead. It's lighter and we will be putting her in a second stage car seat well before she hits 30lbs

Another vote for the Keyfit here. The seat itself was pretty light and comfortable to carry and we were able to use it until DD was about 10 months old.
