Preparation for birth class at LIJ

Preparation for birth class at LIJ
Has anyone taken this class? What did they go over and do you feel it was worth it? I want to take the baby care class and breast feeding class...but not really convinced on that one.

i start the preparation class next week....i have a feeling it will be a waste but DH wants to go and it is our first so it cant hurt
I will post my thoughts after the first class

Thanks...I need to send out my check like tomorrow to make some of the December classes. DH doesn't mind missing it...but I'm like ok breathe and push...I think I got it 
Interested to hear your thoughts after though.
