Silly food questions - spiral ham
I know cold cuts are not too good to eat, what about spiral ham? It cooks for a out 2.5 hrs, so it will definitely be hot and cooked, is this okay to eat while pregnant?

I would say its ok because its cooked. You can even eat cold cuts if you cook them.

I thought so too, because they are precooked and technically you are just heating them up, I am just neurotic :)

I love spiral ham. I eat it after it's cooked and I eat it cold after that. I am extremely paranoid too, but I feel like this is fine!

Yes because it's cooked. However it's the nitrates in cold cuts pregnany women need to be careful of which includes cooked hams, hot dogs, etc. You want preservative free stuff!
