Now I am nervous
So most of you know my hcg level from friday came back at 18. I was very early on and assumed that was why. I got 2 more positive hpts the next 2 days and 1 was a digital so I figures my numbers must have been rising since it was being picked up on a digital. I was suppossed to get AF on Sunday and she never came.
Well my dr just called me and said because my hcg was so low he wants to do a repeat test friday morning. He made it like he wasnt convinced I was pregnant and wanted to check. I am glad I am getting a repeat beta but the way he said it made me feel like this isnt going in the right direction. And all I cam think about is because I am having the blood work on a friday I will probably have to wait until monday for results UGH
I totally feel pregnant but now I am questioning it. Sorry just needed to get that out. Any thoughts?????

I guess 4. AF was due Sunday. Bloodwork was the friday before but I didnt ovulate until cd 15 or 16 of my normal 28 day cycle

You need to relax!! (not saying that in a snarky way, just a motherly way, lol!)
You got your blood drawn like the day of your positive test right?? It's going to low when its drawn that early...unless you are bleeding with cramping i wouldn't worry. And I know this isn't helpful but if god forbid you were miscarrying or anything was wrong, there is NOTHING you can do. So just stay positive!! I'm sure it's all ok!

ITA! they do a second beta to make sure its doubling appropriately. theres no reason to be nervous about that specifically. good luck!!

hugs! i agree with what others have said, but for your own peace of mind, would you feel comfortable calling the doctor and expressing your concern? maybe he can give you some reassurance or move you up to tomorrow. feel better.

stay calm! I know its hard but Im sure things will be ok! He is doing it cause he wants to make sure you are ok!! wishing you all the best

Try to relax (which I know is easier said then done).
The number on Friday should double. If the numbers come back at least 36 then you are fine. Good luck and I wish you happy and healthy 9 months!
