Re: Enough food for 25 people
Let me preface this by saying I am crazy and usually have WAY too much food when I entertain --
I think you have enough, assuming the trays are large enough to feed 25. But I would probably add something else to the main meal, like maybe some type of chicken cutlet? Chicken francais? Probably not necessary, but I would probably do it.
Or, if you want to keep your main meal as is, because they are filling dishes - maybe bulk up your appetizers a bit. Instead of having so many different types of chips and dips, maybe another hot appetizer? I make mini meatballs in the slow cooker for parties all the time, and they are always a hit and SO easy -- just throw frozen cocktail sized meatballs in the slow cooker with a bottle of chili sauce and a jar of grape jelly, and cook on low for a few hours. Or if you don't want another hot appetizer, something like shrimp cocktail or a cheese or antipasto platter?

think you need a chicken dish. Are the kids fussy eaters - maybe some chicken fingers or something for them.

Re: Enough food for 25 people
Now I am thinking of going heavy on the appetizers and desserts and not doing in between. It is just a football game.
Would that be ok?

I would cut out the deviled eggs unless you know your guests really like them and add something more filling like an antipasto platter with crostini, an olive plate, and some assorted cheese and crackers.

The deviled eggs are really for my hubby as he loves them-lol. Those other ideas sound great too. Thanks.

For a football game I'd add a hero, not another hot dish. I like the antipasto idea too. People tend to pick when watching football
