iPhone App
Does anyone use the App P.D. to track when they are OV? Well, I am and I know you are supposed to  every other day, but it is saying that the day we should make sure to is the 24th. We are not supposed to tonight meaning we should tomorrow night and not on Wed. This is all new to me and I'm still trying to understand all of this...Is it ok to 2 nights in a row? Sorry so long...embarrassed I am even asking this

I think it has something to do with giving sperm time to develop or something like that. We do it every day around O time.
