Solids
How often do you feed your 7 month old solids? Right now DS is getting solids twice a day but I feel like I should be moving him up to 3x a day. Also how many bottles are they getting throughout the day?
And why is it that I cannot remember any of this from my 1st (who only just turned 3)?? I feel like I'm starting from scratch again

i think around 7-8 months we started to add yogurt, cheese sticks, cheerios and/or puffs as a lunch and/or snack time. I was nursing at that time, but if I gave bottles it was between 3-5 per day depending on how much your child drinks. I was nursing at least 4x a day.

At 7 months he got 2 meals, breakfast and dinner. He nursed 4-5 x. Now at 8 months I introduced a small yogurt snack in the middle of the day ( not a lunch portion) , and usually nurses 4x , sometimes 5x.

Solids
DS is 7 months today. He gets solids 3x a day and his bottle 4x a day. Solids for him are stage 2 fruits, veggies and yogurt. I just bought puffs to give him but I'm so scared he's going to choke that I haven't given it to him yet.

Thanks. I forgot when I started yogurt with DD but I think it was prob around 8 mos or so.

I was the same way with my DD. I used to cut the puffs in half and they still worried me!
