Other than tossing my daughter's Uggs in the garbage, is there anything I can do to get rid of the stink?

I'd bring them to the cleaners and ask if there's something they can do. I see them post signs all the time about cleaning uggs- I always assumed that just meant the outside ... but there's nothing to lose by asking!

I rinse my closed toe leather insole flats in Listerine, it really keeps them fresh and doesn't ruin them, maybe try that, but you'd have to air them out really well afterwards.
