I want to get a few classic books to put in baby's nursery as I'd really like DH and I to get in the habit of reading to her. Any suggestions?

Re: books
Agree with all the Eric Carle reccos. That Caterpillar book was a staple during childhood!
Also, I can't recall the name, but I remember loving a pink and blue book that had a furry rabbit on the cover. It was one of those awesome touch and feel books.

Re: books
Anything by Sandra Boynton and Karen Katz. They're fun to read and engage kids. Also, the "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie" books. They are great!
