Re: Babydens

I've seen the REALLY big ones that you can make bigger by attaching more than one. They seem to be really good for crawlers. Gives them enough space to move around.

I have this one from when my dog rudy was a puppyChat Icon , so I guess we can get it out of the attic, clean it up a bit, & start using it for Alex!

We actually use this in our living room- we actually use 1 and 1/2 of another to give him room to crawl around and not get into anything dangerous!

I had one and I LOVED IT!!! Gave her a "safe" place to play while I took a shower, made a call, etc. Once they figure out how to climb out, it's game over. But before then, I loved it!! I used to call it Baby Jail!!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I have the super playyard - similar to the picture above.

I think it is good when they are younger for a safe place to play,,but as they get older they don't want to be contained - or at least mine doesn't. We bought it to secure our christmas tree and I used it on vacation to secure a place by our pool for the kids to play.

Re: Babydens

I found and use a much nicer one from One Step Ahead. It is so easy to put together. I love that it has an activity wall too. I just brought it with me on vacation to a beach house. i was able to move it around with ease and it helped block the stair when we took my DD out to crawl.

I found it at a better price on ebay. I also got one extention to it.

Re: Babydens

We have one of those super playard ones. Christopher would play for a little bit, get bored and start screaming and crying for out. Wasn't worth the money in our case.

He managed to get out of it so I used it last Christmas to block off my Christmas tree.

I also got the play yard from one step ahead, he wasnt thrilled with it, I used to use it to bock the entrance from my living room to my dining room. Now its in the basement corraling his toys

We used something similar to this, also bought from EBAY.. it had a bunch of things attached to the walls to keep the baby entertained.. Was a complete Lifesaver IMHO, and has been used inside and out! HTH.. good luck.
