Lamaze class video that DH and I watched
wanted to share if anyone was interested.
DH and I watched it ... we def learned some things from it but i have to say that the lady can get pretty annoying at times
Laugh and Learn about Childbirth

I watched it a few weeks ago-it was really a great class! I was doing evertyhing with the participants; the breathing techniques; pushing. DH had a kick out of squeezing my thigh and making me breathe throught the pain!
