Loan help!
We are contemplating dormering the top of our house. It will be about a $150,000 project. Obviously we would need to take out a loan.. but what kind of loan would we need? Where do we even go first?
If it makes a difference, the house is paid off so we currently don't have a mortgage on the house.
Help? Thanks!

Loan help!
Since you do not have a mortgage I would check into a home equity line of credit with a fixed rate. This way you get the interest deduction and some flexibility with payments.
