Raymour and Flanigan?
I just moved in and am looking to purcase a living room set. I had suc a nightmare experience with Rooms Unlimited, so wanted to see how they were before I get involved with them.

Raymour and Flanigan?
Love them. Nothing but a good experience. Had a few issues with a bedroom set we bought and they went above and beyond to make us happy. They let us pick out a new set. Just bought a sectional from them this weekend.

Purchased 2 leather couches from R&F and
had a good experience and quality is great.
We too shopped around and there was NO
comparison (quality dept) to R&F. Other
stores were so CHEAPLY made.

Bought bedroom furniture from them. Quick and easy transaction. Had no issues and the quality of the furniture is excellent.

We just bought our dining room and living room set from them a year ago and have been very happy with them. FYI, we just went there today to look for bedroom furniture and the salesman told us that they'll be having a big friends and family sale the weekend of the 26th, everything will be 20% off.

Bought our couches there and it was a good experience. Even when I stupidly broke the handle on the reclining love seat, they came and replaced it, no charge, not questions asked, etc. I almost felt guilty cause it was totally my fault. we just have to wait 8 weeks for the part to come in.

we have living room, dining room and a leather set from there!
Long story short, buy their silver platinum protection plans on whatever you purchase. It doesn't cost much more but basically warrantees the furniture for any possible situation that could arise.
Last winter, I knocked over an oil diffuser on our side-board .. a BLACK distressed side-board. As I wiped up the oil, I also wiped up the black finish    I had a heart attach. The piece cost over 1k and was about 6 months old.
Luckily, we had the protection plan and they came, sanded it down and refinished the piece to look brand new.
EXCELLENT service, great furniture for a fair $$$.

Bought furniture from them for a bedroom set and loved the sales experience and items. You pay a little more but I feel like it's worth every penny.

I've never purchased from them, but the times we have went to look at things, I found them to be over priced. We've been purchasing things from Macy's Furniture lately -- wait for their big sales and it's worth it and I love the quality of their things.

We bought our couches from them and a few months later we had an issue, couldnt pull out the bed in the sleeper sofa, it was stuck. I went back and forth for weeks with them and they were very difficult and I am stuck with that sofa. Im not a fan
