What is the current going rate per hour for a babysitter for 2 kids?

I pay $10.
I'll be honest, I think we get away pretty "cheap". Our sitter comes once a week around 6:15, kids go to bed at 8 and she leaves at 8:45/9.
Anything after 9 (even 10 mins) we pay another hour.

We pay our regular daytime babysitter $14/hour and the same if we go out at night and they are sleeping. We have 20 month old twins.

paying babysitters....
the one we used from daycare only charged 10 for the one, but I think I heard them tell someone their rate was 12 on two.
