Which OPKs do you use?

Hi ladies, I am hoping that you can help me! So after a year and a half of ttc the "good old fashioned " way and one early miscarriage Dh & I decided that we need to take the next step to ttc baby #2. We both want a second child so bad! Can you recommend which opks you use? TIA!

I've used the cheap 20 supply pack. I think it's Answers.

This month (actually today) I'm going to spend the $ and use the Clearblue w. the smiley face.

Not sure if this is better but I'm going to give it a shot.

I asked this not too long ago and most people recommended the Clear blue digitals. They are $$ but I decided to go with them in the end.

This is my first month using them, but I like that they are really easy and you don't have to interpret the results. I'm still waiting for my smiley though...

Which OPKs do you use?

I use the Wondfo (sp?) ones from Amazon. The lines are a little hard but I'm trying it out for a little bit (this is only our third month trying). In a month of so if they don't work, I'll invest in the smiley ones too. I've read some girls use the line one and then the smiley to confirm. I'm liking that. Feel like the smiley is expensive so I won't be using as much.

I've been using the CVS brand. The lines are hard to determine the correct color and boldness of color.

After reading some other threads on here, along with Taking Charge of your Fertility, I'm testing 2x a day using the CVS and then the CBE when the CVS brand registers a positive.

i use the CB Fertility monitor and when i think im close to peak or at peak i confirm it with the smileys. OCD much!?! ;)

Thank you everyone for your responses!! I really appreciate it. I love the idea of buying the cheap ones & cofirming them with the smiley ones!! I will definitely be trying that, that is such a great idea!! I bought the Rite Aide brand, but I didn't see the smiley face ones in the store; I will have to try CVS!

I used the smileys and they were crazy expensive so I switched over to the CBEFM. While its more out of pocket, in the long run i think it ends up being cheaper since they don't sell sticks for the digital smiley tests.

Thank you for the advice! Today is the first day that I have started using my rite aid OPKs. I am on CD 12, and the line is only slightly lighter, so I'm guessing that in the next couple of days, I will be ovulating! I am very excited! I hope & pray that this will work, and it feels good to find out when I am ovulating for real! Good luck to everyone!
