Having a cold
Girls,
I'm having the most annoying cold right now! I can't even breath, my nose is completely stuffed up, my throat hurt, and of course having M/S is not helping.
I've heard it's not good to take medicine for the cold so I was thinking what can I do to make this cold go away faster. Thanks u so much girls!

Not much just keep hydrated and plain robatussin is the only thing you can take.

Call your dr before you take any meds. When I was sick in my first trimester, I couldn't take anything. I just drank lots of water and OJ.

I just got over a cold and it took me twice as long as usual. My doctor told me plain robitussin and tylenol were my options. I took them both on day 1 and neither one helped at all, so I just stopped taking anything. To be honest I think drinking OJ was the most helpful. At the end when it was not going away I started pounding OJ and that's when I started feeling better.

I just got over a cold. I did not take any medication. I was always drinking either OJ or tea with lemon and honey. When it was really bad, I used an infant saline nose spray. Feel better!

I would call your doc. I know mine said to take plain robitussin but that did not help me. I went to the doc amd it wound up I had a sinus infection and needed antibiotics.
