Stop program ?
I tried calling the town of Hempstead but I can't seem to get threw this morning.
My question is I have old cans of paint with paint in them. I want to dispose of them using the stop program. Question do I bring the cans of paint with the paint in it or do I fill it with anything like kitty litter ???
