Is this round ligament pain

Down low by my c section scar and sometimes in my groin when I move my legs or go to put weight onto my legs I am getting sharp pains.

Or I am guessing it could be scar tissue stretching?

I am 14 weeks

I had it early too and this is my first pregnancy. But yes it's really low. I get it it I roll over too quick, stand up too quick or even when I just try to stand up normally
