Returns?

I have 2 registries BBB & BRU.

I had a sprinkle 1 1/2 wks ago and rec'd some items from each and some things I did not register for.

There are some items I do not need and want to return.

BBB is WAY out of my way now ( we moved last month) but I know they have a better return policy than BRU.

WWYD?

Bring all returns to BBB and see what they'll take??

Returns?

Yeah I'd just start at BBB. They are a zillion times better with returns.

THIS-it will probbaly turn out worth it in the end to go to the BBB even if it's far. They'll most likely give you credit for all the items you have to return. I love them!

Returns?

I haven't had a problem w returning items from my registry to BRU. I've done it twice w no problem. As long as it was purchased from your registry they just look it up and give you a store gift card for the value I the item. I got back full price for the pack n play I returned.

See, some of the things I want to return aren't from my registry. I broguht a couple things back to BRU (not on registry, no gift receipt) and I didnt' get full price on all the items.

Re: Returns?

If I were you I would put the items on your registry and mark them purchased then go and return them.

This was actually suggested to me by a BRU employee. I did it with a few things and had no problems then.

Re: Returns?

BRU takes anything back even if not on your registry as long as you are registered there and they carry the item. I never had any problems.

Sign into your registry and add the items. There is a box for "purchased", change it from 0 to 1 or however many and click update. HTH!
