I took one, I guess I won't know if it was helpful until I start breastfeeding! I really feel that I did my research and took classes and now it's up to hands on experience to see what I remember and what works

I didn't but wish I did. I forgot everything I read in books when they handed DD to me.
Find a local BFing group like LLL near you for post-partum nursing support. It helps!

I took a 3 hour class that spent 5 mins talking about THE LATCH, which I thought was the most important part of breastfeeding. We'll see if it helped.

I didn't take one so I m really curious what they teach
We bailed on it. My sister took one and said they are a waste. They spend the first hour talking about how the breasts make milk .. weird.
She said the nurses and lactation consultant at the hospital will show everything I need to know. And after that, I have you to go to for questions
