 What??? I though rocitta was on the safe list?!?! Doh! 
eta- Ok, just read the article. Apparently this isn't just regular ricotta cheese, which makes me feel a little better since I eat ricotta cheese often.

its not ricotta though its ricotta salata thats used in restaurants in salads etc which is rare
