Why are the needles falling off the bottom of my pine trees?
We had sod and landscaping done to the front of our house in the beginning of the summer. We had a small pine tree along with a little round pine tree bush put in the bed around the front of the house. Both have needles turning brown and falling off the bottoms, does anyone have any idea why? They are in beds with mulch and get watered a lot.

Haha, I had no idea! I thought the thing was dying! On one side it has all these bare branches on the bottom and I was getting scared. I don't mind the needles, it's a Bakeri spruce and won't get very big. I just didn't want it to die, it wasn't cheap lol!
