chemical pregnancy
I tested Friday night on a strip at 10 DPO, we saw something VERY faint, to the point where DH and i couldnt tell if we saw a line or if we were seeing things. We decided I'd take another one in the morning, and if we were still unsure, I'd get a digital.
Sat morning i woke up with horrible cramps, to the point where i didn't get off the couch all day. It was 2 days early.
As of Monday morning my period completely stopped. This has never happened to me, even when I was on the pill. My periods are always at least lingering for 4-5 days.
I am worried that something is wrong, like im not ovulating or something, but could it be possible that I had a chemical pregnancy? TIA

it could be a chemical but your period would usually be a little late, not early, and it would be of normal length. have you tested again?
if you are getting your period consistently, chances are excellent that you ovulate. but you can temp if you want to be sure.

Re: chemical pregnancy
i do not think it is a chemical, mainly bc u never had a sure positive and it would be at 10 dpo
did u have a flow sat and sunday? and then monday it stopped?
as for not ovulating it would be hard to tell now but did u use a opk this month
i think it is just your period,we all can have wacky months,or months where it was shorter, longer had bad cramps or no cramps

Thank you both. I did not test again but maybe I will just to be sure.
I am not temping. I did use the OPK strips and i am pretty sure i got a dark line but i feel like i never know with those things, so i bought the smiley frowny ones for next month.
Yeah I had what is usual for my normal period but then it came to a very abrupt stop. it was 2 full days.
Thank u for the reassurance. My mind always goes to the worst case.

Re: chemical pregnancy
I don't want to worry or upset you, but I recent had a very early miscarriage (aka chemical pregnancy) at 5 weeks, 3 days. I had a positive test 6 days (more or less) before my missed period. A week and a half later, I started spotting, which turned into full on bleeding and clotting, which lasted a few days. TMI, but was there clotting? Have you tested again?
