Nausea??
Does anyone have any tips/tricks on how to curb nausea?? I start at a new store on Monday, kind of as a trial run to get promoted, and I just can't seem to kick the nausea. Laying down is the only thing that kind of makes me feel better, and being that I am work I really can't do that! Lol

Re: Nausea??
The preggie pops really helped me the first time around, as well as eating small snacks of carbs throughout the day. Pretzels, chips, bread, cereal, etc. I would try to not let myself get hungry because that is what brought on the nausea. I even kept cereal and dried fruit next to my bed at night, so if I woke up sick in the middle of the night I could eat it.

Nausea??
I found that if I let myself go too long without eating I'd feel nauseous. I lived on small, carb loaded meals.

Re: Nausea??
Crackers and ginger ale also helps me. I also hear preggo pops help. I haven't picked them up yet.

Nausea??
Mine was never too bad... with the exception of a handful of times but when I felt queasy I just kept shoveling animal crackers into my mouth. Also I would start my day off with a bagel. The carbs helped. Ginger ale never worked for me but for some reason Root Beer (Caffeine Free) did...

Re: Nausea??
It depends what makes you nauseous. Many people got nauseous on an empty stomach, but I was the opposite. I only ever felt ok if I was hungry. As soon as I ate, the nausea started. Carbs were the only thing that I could really eat.
Preggie pop drops helped a bit, too. And they're just a sucking candy - instead of a lollipop - so less obvious.

I've heard Jolly Ranchers had the same effect as the preggie pop drops. They are easier to find so you may want to try those today. For whatever reason, sour made me feel better.
