introducing myself!
just took a home pregnancy test and found out im pregnant! still in shock! how soon do i make an appt at my OB? i was scheduled to have AF ..monday

congrats!!
I would call now, tell them you just found out. Every practice is different. Some want you to go for bloodwork, others don't. Mine won't see me till I'm 8 weeks and i'll have an ultrasound at that point. But it's good to find our their policy and go make the appointment.
