NEW TO THE BOARD!
just took a home pregnancy test and it WAS positive! AF was due Monday. I am in shock!
I was a LIW 09er ... im still in hiding for now!
how long do i wait to make an appt with my OB?

Congrats! I was able to get an appt w/ my ob the next day.

Most OBs won't see you until you're 7 or 8 weeks along unless you're having a problem. Definitely call the office and see what they commonly do for new pregnancy appts.

Congrats!!!!!!! YOu should call right away but be prepared to wait till around 8 weeks to be seen

they didn't schedule me to come in until i was 8 weeks based on my last period

call your ob whenever you have time, but figure they will not schedule you until at least 7 weeks
