Anyone ever deal with Frank Mann..

From Charles Rutenberg Realty, he "pitched" us this week. We have seen two other realtors and he is really, um, different. He is unconventional to say the least but really had us sold. But he seems a little fagazie, for lack of a better word. After our last experience with a real estate agent im scared to sign again now, i think everyone is out to get me Just wanted to see if anyone has any feedback. thanks !

I personally don't know him (and honestly wouldn't comment about another real estate agent anyway), but if you have reservations, why don't you see if you can get some references from him from past clients whose homes he's sold that you can call and speak to about him (I assume you are looking for someone to sell your house, versus to help you buy a new one)? I offer to provide references upon request when I go on appointments, and it may give you some peace of mind or help you learn more about how he works.

Also, if you had a bad experience that is leading you to be mistrusting of other agents, why don't you see if he will put what he will do for you (marketing, services, etc.) in writing, if he hasn't already?
