What's the deal with stretching?
As in - reaching up into a cabinet - or in my case, hanging curtains. My mother went into an absolute tizzy seeing me do it telling me it's not good for the baby - but I've heard it's fine. Anyone hear one way or another from their dr?

It's an old wives tale that you shouldn't reach above your head or you'll tangle the umbilical cord around you baby's neck....totally not true.

my mom said the same thing. she almost died when i was painting the ceiling in the bathroom! god if she only knew what i did when she wasnt around!!

my mother in law would freak out every time i stretched. i started doing it just to make her crazy.

my best friend told me not to (and many told me not to lift things, which I am still not...I figured it can't hurt since I m/c the 1st PG).
