Did you wait until you found out the sex until you registered? I would imagine it would just be easier.

I put a few thing on but its gender neutral. We find out on Friday so i will finish it soon.

I went to register and it was so overwhelming when you dont know what your having and are going to find out... so i decided to register for a few things and comeback in a month after i find out!

We waited until we knew with DD1. That said, I made sure all of the big items were neutral anyway.

I started online with some of the bigger things that I wanted gender neutral anyway. Once we found out we went the next day in store to continue.....and still did not finish. It was super overwhelming.

Waited until we found out, then I brought a veteran (my sister) with us to register! It was SO much easier with her there. I suggest asking someone with experience if you have the luxury. It made the stress of registering so much less!

We registered before finding out and picked gender neutral clothing. Once we found out the sex I went online and changed it all to pink. Super easy!

I registered the day we found out we were having a boy. Partially, because we found out 2 weeks ago and my shower is 10/20/12. My asked me to go register so she can send out invites.

We started by just adding neutral stuff like the stroller, carseat, high chair, etc. and then added gender specific stuff like bedding after we found out we're having a girl. We actually chose a lot of neutral items so that if we have a boy someday we won't have to get all new stuff.

yes, however i still registered for all the big stuff in gender neutral - stroller, car seat, pack n play, etc.

There are many things we are going to keep neutral should be blessed with another DC someday... so we are going to start registering for most things, then add bedding and some other items after we find out.
