So my on or about date was 8/1. The bank keeps asking for additional this and that... O.k. Frustrating but I get it. I then think Im done just waiting to hear were clear to close and hear nothing from my mortgage broker for a week so I call him and its his first day back from a weeks vacation. (I get people can go on vaca but I wish I knew b/c I wouldnt be so hopeful everytime the phone rang!) So anyway he calls to find out where were at and they need something else!!! Were now at the point where we should get the clear to close Mon or Tues, do the walk through and close Friday. I start work THURSDAY! ugh... My children start school the Tuesday after! I have to move and go back to work and send my kids to a new school etc... Whatever, same thing a lot of people deal with. I have family POSSIBLY coming to help Labor Day weekend for me to move. Then I get a phone call today and am hoping to find out the exact date and QUALITY CONTROL at the bank heard or a shingle missing and want to go REINSPECT the house to see if the shingle was fixed.
