Anyone else suffering from allergies?
For the past few days I've been stuffed up, and today is just the worst. I feel like I've been hit by a truck and I have no energy at all.
Does anyone know if there is anything safe to take? I called my doctor's office, but they are out of the office until 1:00.

Anyone else suffering from allergies?
My doctor said I could take zyrtec but just the plain one not the D. Feel better!

If mine act up (or if I get a lot of bug bites) I take a claritin - the regular one not the D

Thanks guys. My doctor said the same as yours - I can take Claritin, not Claritin D. I took one at 4:30 and I'm not feeling any better.

I have pretty bad allergies to begin with and I took zyrtec also (not the D) and it helps a little. What really helped me was the saline solution and sleeping with a humidifier. I hope you feel better.

I did the same. I also used my neti-pot.

It might not be allergies. I thought what I recently had was allergies but it ended up being a headcold. You can use afrin for a stuffed nose or a neti pot.
