So our oil contract was up in July and we had a three year service contract with them and a 1 year oil contract- 2 separate contracts. The service contract was only good if we continue to get oil from them. Mt Dh called other companies to see the prices and our oil company was about 30 cents more per gallon. So we signed with another oil company with a new service contract. The old oil company calls my husband and said we can't do that, they were nasty and rude and boosted about their service which at most was ok. I reviewed the old service contract and it says we can cancel at anytime but we might be responsible for the past 12 months of services.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Did you get charged?
