I hate Old navy tonight
Literally just spent over an hour trying to process an online order..... TWICE i got a "technical difficulties" message when I'd get to the final submit which then emptied my whole shopping cart. 
NOT happy with ON tonight!

I was trying to use the onsave20 coupon code and it wouldn't accept it. I had huge order and got annoyed and gave up.
