Is this a good quote ?
To gut a small bathroom to the studs (which it needs) redo with basic everything ? (basic white shower, toilet, vanity, etc.)
$2500-$3000
We are redoing our basement apartment and this was the quote we got with labor for the bathroom.

Are you changing the size (ie - knocking down walls) or changing the pipes? How big is the bathroom?

We are not knocking down any walls but we are ripping out everything in there now. Taking out shelves to extend the shower and getting new floors, shower, toilet, vanity and lighting. The bathroom is small it's about 4 x 7

Yes! The first time I read this quote I thought I saw 25000 to 30000. Haha! So yes, I think that's a good quote.

labor for our 5 by 11 bathroom with significant tile work was 5200. I think your quote was good
