B-50 Complex ?
I noticed my LP was on the "short" side- being only about 10-11 days and I noticed that I was spotting a lot, so I decided to start taking a B-50 Complex...
Last month was my first month taking it. I took it all month (not just during LP or before O.)
I am not sure that it helped at all with the spotting... if anything I think i spotted more!?
Anyone have any B6 advice/success stories or something else?

I also had a short LP and spotted before getting AF. I asked my RE about taking vitamin B6 and they said there's really no proof that it works. If you're concerned, speak to your dr.
It is possible, though, to get pregnant with a 10 or 11 day LP. You really don't want it to be shorter than that.
