Prenatal vitamin & DHA
Hi Everyone,
My husband and I want to start TTC soon and we are so excited! I have to take the chewable prenatal vitamins and a DHA vitamin. What I want to know is what time of day is best to take them and how long should I be taking them before we start TTC?
Can't wait to officially join this board with all of you!

if the vitamins make you sick, its best to take at night. but if you dont have any aversions take whenever - i take mine with lunch
you can start taking them as soon as you would like...they will only help your body not harm it

You can take them any time of the day. I prefer the evening b/c I take other vitamins in the morning.
Ideally, you want to be on prenatals for about 3 months before you get pregnant. Longer can't hurt.

My dr reccomends taking folic acid for 3 months before and then start prenatals after ur bfp
